While it is important that you understand how Tern works, I know that the initial setup can be too much, especially when the travel inquiries are rolling in. I'll make sure you know how to execute everything I load so you don’t have to worry about the back end.

Live Quarterly Coaching Session

We will work together on updating and refining, and I’ll be there to answer your questions

What’s not included:

  • Terms and conditions (or editing yours). Please have your T&Cs and Client Agreement (if you use one) ready before we begin.

  • Evaluating your current workflows and templates and combining them with mine. This requires a lot more time. If this is what you are looking for, we can work together on an hourly basis. Please email me at hello@travelbizboss.com to inquire.

  • Custom email template writing. Once my templates are loaded you will be able to edit them as you wish.

  • Importing your customer list. Tern can assist you with this if you export your client list into a CSV document.

  • Data entry, such as inputting your client trip info into the system. You can hire a VA inexpensively to do this for you.

  • 1:1 Tern training. I will provide you with tutorial videos and answer your follow-up questions regarding the execution of the systems I have loaded for you, but I am unable to offer 1:1 training.

  2. We’ll meet for 30 minutes to chat about your business and client experience.

  3. Leave it with me and I’ll have you set up in about a week.

  • Onboarding new clients so they know exactly what to do and what comes next

  • Providing an excellent and consistent booking experience with fully automated or semi-automated email templates

In about a week your client experience will be set up in Tern and you'll have recorded tutorials that you can reference any time you need a refresher.
