How about if I do it for you? I will load all of the email & workflow templates AND (more importantly) I will connect them so that you can fully or semi-automate everything possible, and make sure your reminders show up for you when you need them.

While it is important that you understand how TravelJoy works, I know that the initial setup can be too much, especially when the travel inquiries are rolling in.

    I will load all of the email templates that correspond to the workflows you have chosen (some have more than others but it's important for you to focus on what you sell).

    These will be linked in your workflows and it will be your choice whether you would like me to fully automate or semi-automate them for you.

    Inquiry form for each of the workflows you have chosen

    General inquiry (if you wish)

    Return client inquiry that is shorter and acknowledges your client's loyalty

  • Invoice Item Templates

    I'll create invoice items that will include notes so that you don't always have to remember to type them and they aren't buried in the terms & conditions. Ex. "Please bring your passport that is valid for 6 months and is not damaged..."

    There are only a handful of these but they are handy!

  • Settings Optimization

    There are a few little setting tweaks, like when you want your payment reminders to (automatically) go out and when you want to be reminded after a client has authorized payments...things that seem so small but can save your behind.

  • Terms & Conditions

    I'll create up to 3 T&C templates using your agency T&Cs with a link to your 3 favorite suppliers, so you'll be able to choose the one you want to load from a simple drop-down menu.

We will work together on updating and refining, and I’ll be there to answer your questions

What’s not included:

  • Terms and conditions (or editing yours). Please have your T&Cs and Client Agreement (if you use one) ready before we begin. I will create some supplier T&C templates using your standard T&Cs + a link to theirs, but I can’t provide or edit your legal documents.

  • Evaluating your current workflows and templates and combining them with mine. This requires a lot more time. If this is what you are looking for, we can work together on an hourly basis. Please email me at hello@travelbizboss.com to inquire.

  • Custom email template writing. Once my templates are loaded you will be able to edit them as you wish.

  • Importing your customer list. TravelJoy can assist you with this if you export your client list into a CSV document.

  • Data entry, such as inputting your client trip info into the system. You can hire a VA inexpensively to do this for you.

  • 1:1 TravelJoy training. I will provide you with tutorial videos and answer your follow-up questions regarding the execution of the systems I have loaded for you, but I am unable to offer a comprehensive 1:1 TJ training.

  2. We’ll meet for 30-45 minutes to chat about your business and client experience.

  3. Leave it with me and I’ll have you set up in about a week.

  • Onboarding new clients so they know exactly what to do and what comes next

  • Providing an excellent and consistent booking experience with fully automated or semi-automated email templates

  • Covering your butt with prefilled advisories and informational links

  • Loading entire workflows/task lists quickly so that you never miss a step

You'll be able to do these things from anywhere at any time (as long as you have an internet connection, of course).

As soon as you purchase the setup you'll have immediate access to my calendar so you can schedule your consultation call. I just need about 30 minutes of your time and then...leave it with me.
In about a week your TravelJoy will be set up and you'll have recorded tutorials that you can reference any time you need a refresher.
